Job Summary
Wargaming is hiring Account/Billing Support Specialist, Game/Account Support Specialist, and Game Support Specialist for World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends. The role involves solving payment issues, account security, game issues, and ensuring users adhere to company policies. Specialists communicate with a multilingual audience, analyze player requests, and update documentation.
Must Have
- Secondary or higher education
- Knowledge of English language at Intermediate level and above
- Being an advanced PC user
- Willingness to work in office during probation period: 5/2 (five working days and two days off), 8 hours shift
- Willingness to work in alternating shifts after probation period: 2/2 (two working days followed by two days off), 12 hours shift
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Russian/German languages
- Experience of working in IT Support Department
- Experience in working with users
- Knowledge of Wargaming products
- Gaming experience in WoWS PC
- Experience with Outlook/Teams/Jira
- Knowledge of payment systems (Paypal, Alipay, etc)

Job Overview
Wargaming is hiring:
- Account/Billing Support Specialist to work on the company’s MMO project World of Warships,
- Game/Account Support Specialist to work on the company’s MMO project World of Warships and
- Game Support Specialist to work on the company’s MMO projects World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends.
WoWs Support department helps solve payment issues, including payment failures or erroneous payment entries, inability to make payments, refunds, cancellations, and many other financial cases. Account security is another area of responsibility for Support specialists. We also help our users solve game issues, problems with bonus codes, in-game events, and equipment, experience, and others. We are watching the users act due to the policies of the company: license agreement and its addendums, to respect other users. We are keeping order and preventing the breaking of the rules established by the company documents. We communicate directly to the users whose accounts have been banned for violations.

Team Lead, World of Warships
What will you do?
Supporting the company's MMO games (World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends) by:
- Communicating (written) with the multilingual audience within the tickets related mostly to Game and Account issues
- Analyzing Player Requests to identify and report errors/bugs/inconsistencies
- Updating and improving documentation
What are we looking for?
