We are seeking a System administrator (Help Desk) with at experience in network troubleshooting, remote support, and hardware installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing hardware issues, software installation, and managing operating systems such as Mac OS and Windows.

- Work on assignment Jira requests
- Deal with VPN problems
- Perform Network Troubleshooting
- Setup and management of on-premise server and network equipment
