Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/NB)

Within the HR Department and in a context of strong recruitment to support the company's growth and development, you will be in charge of recruitment, while collaborating closely with the Recruitment Manager in particular.

Thus, as part of your role, you will collaborate closely on a daily basis with all departments within the Company (Art, R&D, Producing, Publishing, etc.)

Missions

• Establish the definition of the position to be filled by ensuring the collection of needs, the drafting of job offers (in liaison with operational staff/Hiring Managers) and participate in the establishment of the associated recruitment strategy, including its implementation;
• Create a pipeline of relevant candidates and maintain it regularly
• Monitor applications engaged in the recruitment process both at the level of Hiring Managers and candidates and conduct recruitment interviews
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle up to the formulation of the job offer
• Regularly report on your activity to the Recruitment Manager
• Represent the company in recruitment-related events: participation in job fairs, school forums...
• Participate in the recruitment communication plan

Profile

• With a first successful experience in a similar position, you are autonomous, organized and endowed with true relational qualities.
• You have ideally already worked in the video game industry, or related industries, or have a particular appetite for this environment
• Having an impeccable sense of confidentiality, you demonstrate agility in carrying out your missions.
• You have already autonomously managed a pipeline of recruitment needs
• You are familiar with sourcing techniques outside Jobboards (Boolean searches via Google...)
• You have strong relational skills and are able to create a climate of trust both internally (Hiring Managers) and externally (candidates, partner firms)
• Autonomy, rigor, method, team spirit are qualities that will allow you to integrate our friendly culture structure.
• You rely on your relational qualities to develop constructive relationships with your contacts.
• Methodical and determined, your organizational qualities allow you to carry out your missions effectively
• Good level of written and spoken English
