Bonial is seeking a Team Lead for their Workplace Technology team to ensure all employees have the necessary systems, services, and support for productivity. This role involves managing group IT infrastructure, end-user support, and business applications. The Team Lead will lead, mentor, and develop IT professionals, oversee high-quality end-user support, and manage corporate IT infrastructure, business applications like Slack, Miro, Confluence, Jira, M365, and Google Workspace. The role also includes ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology services, collaborating with other IT teams, managing vendors, leading IT projects, documenting processes, identifying improvements, and implementing security best practices.

Must Have

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals
• Oversee high-quality end-user support
• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure (networks, servers, desktop systems)
• Manage and support business applications (Slack, Miro, Confluence, Jira, M365, Google Workspace)
• Ensure smooth operation of workplace technology services (printers, phones, meeting rooms)
• Work closely with other IT teams and departments
• Manage relationships with relevant vendors and service providers
• Lead and manage IT projects related to workplace technology
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workplace technology
• Implement and maintain security best practices (access control, data protection, vulnerability management)
• Extensive experience in IT, with a focus on workplace technology or corporate IT
• Solid experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Strong technical skills in end-user support, desktop management, and cloud services (MS365, Google Workspace)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft (M365, Intune, Active Directory), Apple (MacOS, iOS) and Google Workspace administration with a focus on automation
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices for workplace technology
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Your responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals responsible for Workplace Technology, including helpdesk support, desktops & endpoints, enterprise applications, and user management

• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and desktop systems
• Application Management: Manage and support business applications such as Slack, Miro, Confluence, Jira, M365, and Google Workspace
• Service Delivery: Ensure the smooth operation of all workplace technology services, including printers, phones, and meeting rooms
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to deliver integrated solutions
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant vendors and service providers
• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to workplace technology initiatives
• Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workplace technology services and processes
• Security: Implement and maintain security best practices for all workplace technology systems and services, including access control, data protection, and vulnerability management
