Job Description

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Middle Technical Account Manager to join its expanding team. This role involves serving as a crucial link between clients and the technical team, guiding new clients through successful integrations, supporting existing partners, and ensuring high service quality. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who aligns with the company's culture and values.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with integrations in iGaming or related fields.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
Must Have:
  • Manage the technical integration process for new clients, from planning to launch.
  • Configure and support products for existing clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical requests within the TAM’s area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (integration, support, development, infrastructure).
  • Participate in the preparation of documentation and training materials for clients.
  • Document processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a similar role (TAM, Account Manager, Technical Support, Integration Specialist), preferably in B2B SaaS or iGaming.
  • Understanding of APIs, logs, integrations, and basic web technologies.
  • English and Russian — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
  • Strong communication and information structuring skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar tools.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, ELK (primarily Kibana), and JIRA/GitLab.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the bridge between clients and our technical team. TAMs are responsible for guiding new clients through successful integrations, supporting existing partners, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
