Job Summary

As a Technical Lead for Low-Code Solutions at Infineon, you will drive the application lifecycle of the reverse engineering information system (REIS) using OutSystems. This involves collaborating with architects and stakeholders to define requirements, enhance functionalities with C#, and explore AI use cases. You will leverage your agile project management skills, including Scrum, Jira, and Confluence, to deliver innovative solutions. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, along with a university degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of technical leadership experience. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Must Have

  • Manage application lifecycle for REIS (design, development, testing, operations)

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical lead
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise architects, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create impactful and innovative solutions. Alongside this, you will help shape cutting-edge digital platforms, streamline business processes, and explore AI use cases.

  • Start as a technical lead for Infineon’s reverse engineering information system (REIS), managing the application lifecycle from design and development to testing and operations
  • Work closely with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and use cases and transform them into meaningful requirements
  • Enhance and evolve the REIS platform using the OutSystems Low-Code environment, collaborating with a team of developers
  • Become an expert in Low-Code yourself and contribute to the further development of REIS by mastering the OutSystems platform, up to enhancing functionalities using C#

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You have strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively within cross-functional product teams. Your ability to find smart solutions to complex problems makes you a valuable member in diverse team environments.

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience as a technical lead (or similar role)
  • Proven ability to gather, align, and prioritize diverse requirements in an agile environment, translating them into a coherent product backlog
  • Hands-on experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, along with deep knowledge of the software lifecycle and DevOps practices & tools
  • Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role is a plus
  • Agile project management skills - familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
