Process Technician – Job Description

This role focuses on hands-on training to build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed and grow as a Process Technician in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform tasks in the assigned wafer fabrication area.
• Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment.
• Conduct technical tests and experiments to support R&D engineering.
• Monitor production lines, audit processes, and guide line operators.
• Run test wafers and record results using charts and graphs to help engineering teams identify yield issues or evaluate new products.
• Provide technical support to process development and engineering teams.
• Work directly with fab equipment and process flows.
