Job Description
Description
We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to lead documentation and knowledge architecture for the KORE Intelligence Platform — our suite of products used by sports and entertainment rights-holders and brands to grow audiences and revenue. 2026 is a pivotal year for us: with increased investment and an accelerated product development roadmap, we’re building the foundations that will drive meaningful change across the industry. This role will be central to that effort.
Your initial focus will be on Partnership Intelligence, our product set that makes it easy to value, manage, optimize, and grow commercial partnerships and sponsorships. Over time, the role will expand to include Audience Intelligence, the product at the heart of helping clients truly know their fans.
You’ll help build a documentation ecosystem that scales with the platform and acts as a force multiplier across teams. The Technical Writer will play a critical role in how we communicate complex systems, accelerate onboarding for both employees and clients, and ensure our products are adopted with confidence and speed.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Product Marketing, and Client teams to produce clear, structured, and scalable documentation — spanning internal product and engineering content, user-facing guides, onboarding materials, integration references, and in-app knowledge. You’ll also play a central role in shaping Atlas, our new GPT-powered knowledge base.
This is a role for someone who enjoys going deep — understanding backend systems, data flows, and technical decision-making — and translating that complexity into clarity that empowers others.
Responsibilities:
Documentation Leadership

- Create content that helps new team members onboard quickly and helps clients realise value faster
- Establish standards, templates, style guides, and best practices for how knowledge is authored and maintained
- Build a scalable structure for documentation across multiple building blocks and product areas
- Introduce governance processes that ensure documentation remains accurate, discoverable, and up to date
Technical Writing & Content Development
- Translate complex systems, data pipelines, backend logic, and workflows into clear, structured documentation
- Write content to support our engineering teams (architecture explanations, system overviews, integration references)
- Write user-facing content (how-to guides, onboarding journeys, in-app help, conceptual overviews)
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual representations to simplify technical concepts
- Maintain version-controlled documentation aligned with ongoing releases and product updates
Collaboration & Insights
- Work closely with Engineering to understand system behaviour and technical changes
- Partner with Product to clarify workflows, terminology, and expected behaviours
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and documentation are aligned across channels
- Collaborate with Client, QA, Support, and Delivery teams to identify documentation gaps and high-impact opportunities
- Attend team ceremonies and product reviews to stay ahead of upcoming changes

- Identify the documentation that will materially improve onboarding, adoption, and support efficiency
- Prioritise work across multiple product teams and requests
