Job Summary
The Product Engineer is responsible for production support activities, yield improvements, quality improvement and hardware maintenance. Also required to review the scrap trend to identify the major contributors and provide improvement plan to reduce the scrap cost. Key responsibilities include ensuring product meets/exceeds yield and quality commitments, debugging failures, monitoring yield performance, working with QA for customer returns, and providing production sustaining support for OSAT.
Must Have
- Ensure product meets/exceeds all yield, quality, timeline commitments.
- Debug, identify root causes, and develop solutions for failures.
- Monitor yield performance and work on yield improvements.
- Work with QA to address customer returns root cause analysis.
- Production sustaining support for OSAT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Semiconductor process flow and testing.
- Familiar with C/C++ or any tester programming language.
- Knowledge of PowerManagement products testers.
- Experience in data analysis using industry-standard software/tools.
- Exposure to automotive testing flow.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure product meets/exceeds all yield, quality, timeline commitments.
- Debug, identify root causes, and develop solutions for failures through electrical failure and data analysis.
- Monitor yield performance and work on yield improvements. Prioritize and identify opportunities for efficiency and technical improvements.
- Work with QA to address customer returns root cause analysis.
- Production sustaining support for OSAT to meet supply chain requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related course and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Semiconductor process flow and testing.
- Familiar with C/C++ or any tester programming language, knowledge of PowerManagement products testers.
- Experience in data analysis using industry-standard software/tools for yield enhancement.
- Exposure to automotive testing flow.
- Strong English communication and good interpersonal skills.
