VIP Customer Service

This role is responsible for VIP online customer service, including handling complaints, engaging with VIP users, and resolving their issues. It involves maintaining strong customer relationships, reporting critical feedback, and contributing to the daily operations of the VIP team, including data organization and problem summarization. The position also requires completing other assigned tasks.

Job Description

1. Responsible for VIP online customer complaint handling, online reception and follow-up with VIP users, resolving user issues.

2. Responsible for VIP customer relationship maintenance, maintaining good customer relationships with users.

3. Timely reporting and attention to issues encountered by VIP customers.

4. Responsible for the daily work of the VIP team, data organization, and problem summarization.

5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Familiarity with Papegames, having played at least one Papegames title.

2. Understanding of ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) culture, communities, and players.

3. Customer service experience (including e-commerce, non-gaming industry), ability to quickly understand customer needs and skillfully de-escalate customer emotions.

4. Strong initiative, high cooperation, strong execution, excellent communication skills, and a certain level of stress resistance.

Working hours: 9:30-21:30 (work two days, rest two days) or 9:30-18:30/12:30-21:30 (work five days, rest two days) (shifts adjusted according to business team needs, not necessarily weekend rest).
