Web Applications Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Web Application Programmer to design, develop, and maintain custom web applications and third-party product integrations. This role provides Tier 3 support, gathers and analyzes requirements, programs components or full applications, and documents solutions. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate professional level of experience, be proficient in programming languages and development tools, possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Must Have

• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality web applications that meet specifications and deadlines.
• Provide Tier 3 support for custom applications and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing applications.
• Maintain and enhance applications to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and project planning sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to coordinate project efforts.
• Mentor junior technical staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Provide weekly status updates on ongoing projects to the Curriculum Development supervisor.
• Adhere to development standards and best practices to support team-based development.

• Proficient in programming languages and development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and correct deficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
