As a Marketing Campaign Manager at 66degrees, you'll orchestrate and manage multi-channel B2B digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the orchestration, management, and tracking of multi-channel B2B digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for our sales teams, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of successful campaign management and ROI tracking and a passion for leveraging data and technology to achieve optimal results.Responsibilities <ul><li>B2B Campaign Strategy: Work with GTM leaders to coordinate comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies that align with overall business objectives. Leveraging marketing performance data to plan and launch effective marketing campaigns.</li><li>B2B Channel Management: Manage and report on campaigns across various channels and throughout the marketing funnel including events, paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.</li><li>Content Reporting: Work with the content team to track campaign content assets, including ad copy, landing pages, blogs, email, and social media content.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.</li><li>Budget Reporting: Report on campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels for optimal results.</li><li>Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on campaign performance by source to GTM leadership, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.</li></ul>
 Qualifications <ul><li>3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing campaign management, with a track record of achieving measurable results.</li><li>Strong understanding of various B2B digital marketing channels and tactics.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce reporting</li><li>Experience with Hubspot campaign management</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li></ul>
