Position Summary The individual in this position is responsible for various tasks and projects. Such tasks/projects may involve: <ul><li> client due diligence requests</li><li> request for proposal/information questionnaires</li><li> corporate policies and procedures</li><li> team playbooks &amp; process maps</li><li> internal controls and procedures</li><li> team templates</li><li> internal and external software and programs</li><li> vendor management procedures</li><li> other corporate policies, procedures, or tasks as assigned. </li></ul>
Job Duties <ul><li> Gain exposure to and start to understand ACA corporate policies, procedures, controls, products and services </li><li> Review, and complete client due diligence and request for information/proposal inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests </li><li> Utilize and update ACA’s library of responses as instructed </li><li> Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to answer due diligence and request for proposal/request for information questions </li><li> Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding corporate GRC </li><li> Utilize corporate GRC templates and files </li><li> Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives </li><li> Support the audit process </li></ul>
Required Education And Experience 1-2 years of due diligence, risk, legal, or related experience, if possible Required Skills And Attributes <ul><li> Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs </li><li> Experience exercising discretion and making independent judgments on matters of significance </li><li> Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment </li><li> Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively </li><li> Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients </li><li> Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks </li><li> Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focus </li><li> Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail </li><li> Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li> Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet </li><li> Experience with Loopio is a plus </li></ul>
