Vialto Partners is seeking a Specialist - Early Careers to join their team in Bangalore or Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting, finance & taxation knowledge, excellent communication & analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing individual tax returns, participating in training modules, and utilizing available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge.

Responsibilities As a Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve simple business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Preparation of Individual Tax Returns.</li><li>Attentive participation in training modules for the same.</li><li>Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to the Senior Associate / Manager.</li><li>Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge.</li><li>Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and able to manage time.</li><li>Respect and maintains confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information. </li></ul>
Qualifications And Experience <ul><li>Qualification: Graduation should be B. Com / BBA / BBM / BMS</li><li>Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG)</li><li>Experience (if applicable): 0 - 12 months of experience (US Tax experience is not mandatory)</li><li>Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance &amp; Taxation</li><li>Good Communication &amp; Analytical skills</li><li>Locations is Bangalore and Kolkata </li></ul>
