We are seeking a visionary Art Director with a focus on Brand Design to join our team at Adler. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and driving the creative direction, particularly within the realm of 3D technology development. You will lead both our in-house team and coordinate with external artists to develop immersive visual experiences that elevate our brand's presence in the digital landscape. Your leadership will ensure the seamless integration of art and technology, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in visual storytelling and user experience. Responsibilities <ul><li>Create detailed 3D models based on concept art and design specifications.</li><li>Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure models meet aesthetic and technical requirements.</li><li>Texture, rig, and animate 3D models for use in various applications, including games and simulations.</li><li>Optimize models for performance efficiency without compromising visual fidelity.</li><li>Collaborate on the development of 3D assets for virtual and augmented reality experiences.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and ensure proper version control.</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on asset creation progress.</li></ul>
 Required Qualifications <ul><li>Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.</li><li>Strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling.</li><li>Ability to texture, rig, and animate 3D assets.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D designs.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
 Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience with VR and AR asset creation.</li><li>Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D printing processes and requirements.</li><li>Experience in both hard surface and organic modeling.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Passion for gaming and familiarity with game design principles.</li></ul>
