Engineering Tools Deployment Manager

The Engineering Tools Deployment Manager at Alstom will drive the deployment of the ALM IBM tool to existing programs/projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration.  Responsibilities include coordinating with process owners, project teams, and verification/validation activities; organizing reviews of project processes; providing training; capturing feedback for the Core ALM Team; driving deployment schedules and process mapping; troubleshooting and root cause identification; and ensuring the ALM solution meets project business needs.  The ideal candidate possesses a degree in engineering, ALM experience (at least 2 years), knowledge of Jazz Platform tools, and familiarity with configuration management and verification/validation processes.  Strong communication and customer care skills are essential.

You'll drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/projects, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with process owners, authors, and project teams (among others), coordinate closely with verification and validation activities, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of organizing reviews of project processes under ALM deployment, providing training for key users and end-users, but also capturing and formalizing feedback to the Core ALM Team. We’ll look to you for: <ul><li>Driving deployment schedules and process mapping for ALM </li><li>Supporting troubleshooting and root cause identification in project phases </li><li>Coordinating verification, integration, tests, and validation phases </li><li>Delivering comprehensive training and support </li><li>Capturing and sharing Return of Experience with the Core ALM Team </li><li>Ensuring the ALM solution meets project business needs </li></ul>
