About the Role The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AML RightSource will be responsible for providing administrative and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role requires adaptability, outstanding people skills, and strong organizational support. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Overall administrative and recruiting support of the Talent Acquisition team through job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling and coordination.</li><li>Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.</li><li>Dispositioning and updating candidates status on ATS post interview, selection, and offer stages.</li><li>Manage post-selection and pre-onboarding documentation post offer is extended to the candidates and engage with candidates as per 30-60-90 days’ notice timelines.</li><li>Prepare details of new hires for HR Operations to execute BGV and other joining formalities.</li><li>Update daily interview tracker for recruiters and real-time update on offers.</li><li>Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.</li><li>Proactively follow-up with interviewers regarding feedback on candidates.</li><li>Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases and ATS.</li><li>Work with universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources in sharing career opportunities.</li><li>Ad Hoc recruitment related duties including, but not exclusive to, Sourcing, Pipelining, candidate screening as required and capacity allows.</li></ul>
 Qualifications  <ul><li>0-6 months of work experience, preferably in a recruitment coordination role/ or an internship in HR is mandatory.</li><li>Demonstrated teamwork experience through academic, professional, and/or extracurricular activities.</li><li>Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.</li><li>Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.</li><li>Graduate degree or PG in Human Resources is preferred.</li><li>We are looking for 2024 or 2023 batch pass out and not pursuing currently.</li><li>Understanding of ATS Workday will be good to have.</li></ul>
