Arkadium seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance applications.  Responsibilities include architecting full-stack solutions, integrating back-end and front-end components, developing server-side applications and APIs for live games, supporting internal game teams, optimizing database schemas, and implementing security best practices. The role requires leading code reviews, mentoring engineers, and maintaining documentation.  The position is initially remote for Lisbon-based candidates but will transition to a hybrid model in Q1 2025.  For candidates outside Lisbon, a different cadence of in-person meetings will apply. Romanian candidates will be remote, contracted through an international payroll provider.

Business hours are 9-18 WEST (UTC+1). For candidates based in the Lisbon area of Portugal, this role will initially be remote. However, starting in Q1 2025, this role will transition to a hybrid model, requiring some in-person presence.
