 Summary The Software Developer must be able to work with key business stakeholders and IT Business Analysts to develop, modify and maintain software solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is targeted for a Full Stack Developer with experience in python, Angular, with MuleSoft &amp; C# experience considered an asset. Responsibilities <ul><li> Collaborate with Digital Supply Chain team to develop technical specifications and test plans </li><li> Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification; </li><li> Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects; </li><li> Consulting clients and colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems; </li><li> Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. </li><li> Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. </li><li> Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. </li><li> Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. </li><li> Obtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products. </li><li> Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. </li><li> Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle . </li></ul>
Knowledge and Skills <ul><li> Proven ability of tackling end-to-end challenging projects </li><li> Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment </li><li> Experience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies. </li><li> Proven Experience with python development , Java, JavaScript, JQuery and HTML, CSS, Angular, JMS </li><li> Strong experience working with ESB platform like MuleSoft Anypoint and Enterprise Integrations (an asset) </li><li> Experience in designing and developing RAML based APIs </li><li> Experience working with Databricks or PySpark an Asset </li><li> Strong experience in database architecture and integrations like MS SQL, Mongo DB, etc. </li><li> Extensive experience with quality and repeatable deployment methodologies, and system testing </li><li> Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification </li><li> Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects </li></ul>
Education and Certification <ul><li> University degree or college diploma in an IT Software Development discipline </li><li> 2+ years of Full-stack Software Development experience with Python, Angular </li><li> MuleSoft experience is an asset </li><li> Working in Azure Stack is an asset </li><li> Relevant product &amp; technology certifications or proven experience </li></ul>
