 The Opportunity This role will be a full-time position based out of our Pune &amp; Coimbatore office. Data Scientist is responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to drive business solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, curiosity, and a keen understanding of how strategic data analysis impacts pricing outcomes. What we’re looking for  <ul><li>Education: Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.</li><li>Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.</li><li>Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex analytical concepts to non-expert stakeholders.</li><li>Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team </li></ul>
Data Analysis <ul><li>Lead the sourcing and management of datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.</li><li>Conduct high-level exploratory and predictive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes tailored for scalability and repeat use. </li></ul>
Machine Learning And Statistical Modeling <ul><li>Develop sophisticated predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and refine models based on performance metrics and business impact.</li><li>Implement advanced modeling techniques for complex problems including time series forecasting and optimization algorithms. </li></ul>
Collaboration And Communication <ul><li>Engage with business stakeholders to define and refine analytics objectives.</li><li>Translate technical findings into actionable business initiatives and effectively communicate them through compelling presentations and interactive dashboards.</li><li>Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation in analytics methodologies and tools. </li></ul>
Tool And Technology Utilization <ul><li>Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with Scala or Java is a plus.</li><li>Utilize and adapt to various frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for specific project needs.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to drive the creation of impactful visual insights. </li></ul>
Continuous Improvement <ul><li> Stay at the forefront of data science technology and trends to continually bring innovative solutions into the business.</li><li> Lead and mentor junior data scientists and analysts within the team.</li><li> Drive initiatives to refine and enhance analytical workflows and processes. </li></ul>
