Bluehole Studio seeks a System/Balance Designer with 3+ years of experience for their mobile game, Dark and Darker Mobile.  Responsibilities include system planning for content expansion and service, ensuring content and balance quality, analyzing combat and economic balance through gameplay and simulation to predict user experience, analyzing user behavior and identifying areas for improvement based on play data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.  The ideal candidate possesses strong mobile game development or live service experience, enjoys mobile RPGs, communicates effectively, and excels in designing and managing in-game resource and reward balance, system analysis and design, and data analysis.
