CAW Studios is seeking a Quality Analyst Mobile Tester to join one of their engineering teams in Bangalore. This role involves working on a disruptive product still in its early stages. You will review functional and design specifications, own end-to-end system requirements, issues, and enhancements, and establish predictability for releases. You will also mentor other engineers, defining their technical culture. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience as a QA engineer, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, prior experience in creating test strategies, and hands-on experience in testing mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

We are looking for a quality analyst mobile tester to join one of our engineering teams in Bangalore. Experience? 2-6 years of professional experience. What You Will Do &gt;Work on a disruptive product thats still in its early stages. &gt;Review functional and design specifications to ensure a complete understanding of the system. &gt;Own end-to-end system and all requirements, issues, and enhancements to closure single-handed. &gt;Establish predictability and notify stakeholders about any delays, changes in release cycles, sprint plans, etc. &gt;Mentor other engineers, defining our technical culture and helping us to build a fast-growing team. You Should Apply If You &gt;Possess 2-6 years of experience as a QA engineer. &gt;Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, debugging, and solid communication, with the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and report results. &gt;Have prior experience in creating optimal test strategies (including functional, nonfunctional, analytics, and automation) and test plans for both short-term and long-term projects. &gt;Have strong hands-on experience in functional and non-functional testing of mobile applications (both ios and android) &gt;Have knowledge of test methodology and tools, software testing standards, methods and conventions, build systems, and the product development cycle. &gt;Possess the ability to handle independent execution with minimal guidance. Have to experience in project management tools like Jira and testrail. &gt;Are sharp analytically, have proven design skills, and excellent communication skills.
