Cult of the North seeks an experienced Executive Producer to lead their Stockholm-based games team in developing a unique game combining MOBA, MMO, and RTS elements.  Responsibilities encompass all aspects of production, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets high-quality standards.  This involves managing cross-functional teams (designers, artists, engineers, QA), overseeing multiple production phases, managing games as a service (live ops, continuous content deployment), and  budget/resource allocation.  Strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record of delivering successful AAA titles are essential.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.
