Job Description We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef having expertise in preparing a variety of delicious desserts and pastries, along with your creativity in developing unique recipes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in culinary arts and a genuine love for creating sweet treats. Commitment to upholding health and safety standards is crucial for ensuring top-quality service. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Own the design and roll out calendar for the year.</li><li>Continuously work on existing menu to keep it updated &amp; ahead of national &amp; global trends.</li><li>Work closely with Operations &amp; last mile to teams to ensure adherence to design.</li><li>Strong view on COGS, availability &amp; stability of Raw material for scaled up operations.</li><li>Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.</li><li>Act as a partner to L&amp;D team to ensure routine training &amp; development.</li></ul>
 Requisites: · Proven experience of 8-10yrs as Pastry Chef· Great attention to detail and creativity· Organizing and leadership skills· Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.· In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
