As a CRM Executive at Deliveroo, you'll be the voice of the customer, crafting and executing targeted marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.  Collaborating with various teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science), you'll manage the BAU calendar, create engaging content, conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and report on campaign performance.  You'll be responsible for optimizing customer engagement and retention, focusing on personalized experiences and leveraging data-driven insights. The role demands strong technical skills in email marketing, CRM automation (Braze is a plus), data analysis, and excellent communication to coordinate with stakeholders.

    <h1><strong>About the team</strong></h1>
<p>This position will be part of the central CRM team, composed of 10+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to executing campaigns for local markets as well as spearheading global strategic initiatives. The team collectively strives to expand our subscriber base and enhance engagement metrics, with a primary focus on retaining Deliveroo customers. Serving as the voice of the customer, the CRM team directs efforts toward enhancing personalised user experiences, activating best-in-class CRM.</p>
<h1><strong>The Role</strong></h1>
<p>As a CRM Executive within the Central CRM team you are the voice of Deliveroo when speaking with our customers across the globe. You'll operate under a hybrid work model, spending three days a week at our London HQ and the remainder working from home.</p>
<p>You’ll sit within the Central CRM team, working very closely with stakeholders across the whole business, including our Product, Engineering, Local CRM, Marketing and Data Science teams. You’ll initiate, build, proof, send and approve targeted campaigns across our customer segments, including campaigns that support and enhance our overall marketing calendar. Overall you’ll be laser focused on creating campaigns that are relevant to our customers, focusing on utilising the right channels at the right time and that ultimately deliver a meaningful impact to our customers and the business.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You’ll be a passionate and technical email marketer, who consistently puts the customer at the centre of their decision making and campaign execution. You'll be the kind of person who can’t wait to look at your metrics soon after a send, and you'll get excited about new ideas, new channels and new campaigns.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the UKI Marketing calendar through CRM channels</li>
<li>Coordinate and be responsible for BAU calendar management and for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails, push-notifications, in-app banners and in-app messages executing in a timely and effective manner&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create, deploy and own local experiments to develop CRM best practices</li>
<li>Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation &amp; analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it</li>
<li>Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads &amp; deadlines are managed efficiently (we love Slack channels for everything)</li>
<li>Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas</li>
</ul>
<h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or strong relevant experience</li>
<li>A minimum of 1-2 years CRM experience</li>
<li>Can work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload</li>
<li>Attention to detail and email deadlines are adhered to, maintaining high standards of accuracy</li>
<li>Highly computer literate with:</li>
<ul>
<li>HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)</li>
<li>Liquid logic (not essential)</li>
</ul>
<li>Technical knowledge in CRM automation development</li>
<li>Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders groups</li>
<li>Data visualisation tools &amp; reporting experience (Looker preferred)</li>
<li>CRM deployment experience (Braze or similar is a plus!)</li>
