 Job Description <ul><li> Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for a variety of projects, including but not limited to explainer videos, product demos, corporate presentations, and marketing materials</li><li> Work with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that meet the project’s objectives and requirements</li><li> Bring ideas and stories to life through strong visual design, typography, color, and animation</li><li> Incorporate feedback and direction from clients and team members to iterate on designs</li><li> Stay up to date on latest trends in motion design and animation</li><li> Understand the technical limitations of various platforms and devices and create animations accordingly</li><li> Balance multiple projects at various stages of development, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards</li><li> Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and budget constraints</li><li> Effectively communicate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution</li><li> Take initiative to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions </li></ul>
