a commitment to driving meaningful partnerships that benefit both healthcare providers and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Generate new revenue through Castle Connolly's Top Hospital licensing programs, Center of Excellence initiatives, and enhanced digital profile offerings</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting hospitals and health systems of varying sizes and specializations</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create and deliver compelling proposals that integrate brand recognition, digital marketing, and performance objectives across the Everyday Health network</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across hospital marketing, communications, strategy, and executive leadership teams</li></ul>Revenue Generation and Account Management<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline with annual revenue targets exceeding $1 million</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Execute integrated media advertising campaigns leveraging Everyday Health's extensive digital ecosystem, including EverydayHealth.com and partner sites</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop multi-platform marketing solutions that combine Castle Connolly's prestigious hospital recognition with Everyday Health's massive patient audience reach and engagement capabilities</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Structure comprehensive media packages including display advertising, sponsored content, video campaigns, and targeted digital marketing across Everyday Health's 60+ million monthly unique visitors</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital clients and agency partners, positioning integrated Castle Connolly and Everyday Health solutions as essential components of their patient acquisition and brand building strategies</li></ul>Product Development and Market Strategy<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and editorial to enhance existing offerings</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Recommend new programs and service packages tailored to different hospital categories, including community hospitals, academic medical centers, and regional health systems</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Represent Castle Connolly at industry conferences and professional events</li></ul>Performance Management and Growth<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Drive account renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities through consultative relationship management</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and client relationship management using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Track and report on campaign performance metrics and return on investment for hospital partners</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B media sales, healthcare marketing, or strategic partnerships</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven track
