About the Opportunity: FedTec is looking to hire skilled and experienced Jr &amp; Sr Technical Proposal Writer to join our team for their India office. As a Technical Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for developing compelling and technically accurate proposals in response to solicitations from USA State clients, as well as other SLED (State, Local, and Education) agencies. You will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and articulate our solutions effectively in written proposals. Position: Jr &amp; Senior Proposal WriterWork Location: Remotely from anywhere in India Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development of technical proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other solicitations from USA State clients and SLED.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to gather technical information and ensure proposal content is accurate, compliant, and compelling.</li><li>Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, technical approach sections, staffing plans, past performance references, and other proposal sections as required.</li><li>Develop graphics, charts, and other visual aids to enhance proposal presentations and convey complex technical concepts effectively.</li><li>Conduct reviews and revisions of proposal drafts to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria.</li><li>Coordinate proposal production activities, including formatting, printing, and packaging, to meet submission deadlines.</li><li>Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and boilerplate materials for reuse in future proposals.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to proposal writing and procurement processes.</li></ul>
 Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Technical Proposal Writer, with a track record of successfully winning contracts with USA State clients and SLED.</li><li>Proficiency in infrastructure components such as server management, Helpdesk systems, application development (particularly in Java and Microsoft environments), and cybersecurity practices.</li><li>Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely in written proposals.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other proposal development tools.</li></ul>
 Work Schedule: 6:30 PM IST - 4:00 AM IST Monday to Friday.
