Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead end-to-end design projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.</li><li>Drive innovation within FlytBase’s design framework, integrating new methods and technologies.</li><li>Redesign IA and key interfaces for critical systems, focusing on simplicity and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure designs align with broader company objectives.</li><li>Push boundaries with experimental designs, incorporating elements of game design, frame design, and advanced automation.</li></ul>
