Gain.pro is looking for a Recruiter to join their Global Research Centre in Bangalore. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talent in diverse roles. You will need 4+ years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced and fresher roles. Experience in recruitment for technology and commercial roles is strongly preferred.

What does the role entail? <ul><li>End-to-end responsibility for recruitment of top-tier talent in diverse roles in GRC including technology, customer experience, marketing, and research </li><li>Managing inbound recruitment streams - setting up ads, managing workflow, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates</li><li>Spearheading outbound recruitment for high-potential candidates</li><li>Undertaking introductory calls with high-potential candidates to share the Gain.pro story and screen organizational fit</li><li>Independently coordinating with hiring managers in India and Europe to efficiently close positions in a timely manner</li><li>Participating in campus recruitment and employer branding activities </li></ul>
