Qualifications And Skills <ul><li>Ability to create comprehensive test cases to ensure complete test coverage and identify potential flaws.</li><li>Proficient in executing test cases, monitoring the outcomes, and documenting results accurately.</li><li>Experience or willingness to learn in defect reporting and bug tracking to assist development teams in problem resolution.</li><li>Understanding of regression testing to confirm bug fixes and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.</li><li>Capability to participate in test planning activities to derive test objectives and define test strategies.</li><li>Sound knowledge of quality assurance methodologies to maintain high standards in product delivery.</li><li>Strong skills in preparing detailed test documentation, including test plans and test summaries.</li><li>Keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with various teams. </li></ul>
