 Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time About Us: GoMarble is an early-stage startup with a vision to empower SMBs globally to run high-performing digital ads. We are building an AI-first platform for marketing generalists to run effective media campaigns independently via our self-serve or managed-serve platform. Our founders are graduates of IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, and IIM Ahmedabad. They are seasoned professionals who have successfully exited a previous startup and have experience working at marquee firms such as McKinsey, ShareChat, and Goldman Sachs. Job Description:As a Digital Marketing Manager at GoMarble, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of Meta advertising campaigns for our varied clientele. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives through strategic ad planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making to maximise ROAS. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Planning: <ul><li>Create tailored Meta Ad Campaigns aligned with clients' business goals and target audiences.</li><li>Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, competitive landscapes, and audience behaviour.</li></ul>
 Campaign Execution: <ul><li>Develop, manage, and optimize ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and the Audience Network.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and visual elements.</li><li>Configure ad sets, targeting options, and bidding strategies to achieve optimal performance.</li></ul>
 Performance Analysis and Optimisation: <ul><li>Use Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.</li><li>Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to enhance ROI.</li></ul>
 Budget Management: <ul><li>Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize incremental impact of ad spend.</li><li>Distribute budgets across campaigns and ad sets based on performance metrics and client objectives.</li></ul>
 Communication and Reporting: <ul><li>Regularly communicate with the account manager to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign performance.</li><li>Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients clearly and concisely.</li></ul>
 Conversion Tracking and Reporting: <ul><li>Implement and manage Meta API conversion tracking to measure campaign performance and ROI accurately.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to conversion tracking and data discrepancies.</li><li>Learn and effectively utilize the Hyros platform for advanced tracking and attribution.</li></ul>
 Qualifications Experience: <ul><li>4+ years of experience in media buying with a strong emphasis on Google Ads</li><li>Proven success in managing and optimising large-scale ad campaigns with significant budgets.</li></ul>
 Skills: <ul><li>Extensive knowledge of Meta and Google Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to clients in an understandable manner.</li><li>Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting software.</li></ul>
