Gravity Well seeks a highly organized, content-focused Producer to support cross-functional groups in process development, goal-setting, and task tracking.  Responsibilities include collaborating on team operations, identifying and addressing challenges, championing clarity and progress, and aligning priorities across disciplines. The role involves working on a mid-sized team, requiring both indie-style gap filling and AAA-level stakeholder coordination.  Experience with art, animation, or level production, and shipping at least one AA or AAA title in a production role is required.  The position offers a non-crunch environment with competitive compensation and benefits, including profit sharing, equity, and comprehensive healthcare.

<h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support one or more cross functional groups with process development &amp; improvement, goal-setting, and task tracking&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with the production team on other team operations like retrospectives and playtests</li>
<li>Proactively identify &amp; address challenges, and help the team refine our processes to match the needs of development from pre-production through live operations</li>
<li>Champion clarity and progress. Foster alignment on priorities and direction across disciplines&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work on a mid-sized team (max 85), so you’ll fill a lot of gaps like an indie, but coordinate a lot of stakeholders like a AAA.</li>
<li>NOT crunch or work overtime</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>You'll Have:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience with facilitating, tracking, and optimizing cross-discipline workflows/pipelines (e.g. characters, environment art)</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the drive to identify and chase down blockers</li>
<li>Shipped at least one AA or AAA title in a production role</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple work streams</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Production support during the earliest stages of development; IP building, prototyping, scheduling, and budgeting</li>
<li>Experience working with a distributed team and remote working environment</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with launching and running an online game</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Get:</strong></h3>
<p>The base pay for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 USD per year (or equivalent in your local currency). We pay fairly across our global team regardless of your location but it will differ based on factors such as experience, qualifications etc.</p>

<h3><strong>Where You'll Work:</strong></h3>
<p>This position is for North American residents. You may work remotely or in our Southern California office if you prefer. Overlap with US-Pacific time zone is a must.</p></div></div>
