The primary duties for this position are to generate revenue from multiple lead sources, develop new clients, and sell directly into customers while leveraging our channel community. Selected candidates will be expected to achieve their revenue sales targets and will be asked to provide forecast updates and visibility into this growing business.Responsibilities:<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Generate revenue from multiple lead sources, develop new clients, and sell directly into customers while leveraging our channel community.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Provide accurate forecast updates and exhibit continuous pipeline growth and deal advancement.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions with an emphasis on outcomes.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Articulate the value proposition of Halcyon’s solutions, presenting them in a compelling and relevant manner.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Optimize client engagement post-sale, timing additional transactions appropriately.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving cybersecurity requirements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Conduct regular client reviews, assess satisfaction levels, and propose enhancements to further meet client objectives.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Network via industry user groups, tabletop events and key industry conferences.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Negotiate contract terms, pricing and service agreements while ensuring alignment with both organizational and client objectives.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, streamline communications, and enhance overall client experience.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create an overall development plan for success for the territory.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Previous experience as a quota-carrying sales representative, preferably endpoint cybersecurity solutions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to establish and maintain client and executive-level relationships, focusing on their success and long-term partnerships.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to qualify leads based on key success metrics.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proficient in conducting and leading negotiations for procurement and legal agreements, showcasing expertise in driving favorable terms and agreements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner to clients.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Superb organizational and reporting skills.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and a confident sales approach.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Prior startup experience and/or a strong working knowledge of the endpoint cybersecurity space will be a definite benefit to your application.</li></ul>Benefits:Halcyon offers the following benefits to eligible employees:<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">401k plan with a generous employer contribution.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Medical and dependent care FSA options.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Flexible PTO policy.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Parental leave.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Generous equity offering.</li></ul>The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.​
