 We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Operations team. This role will cover a broad range of HR responsibilities, with a particular focus on enhancing our work environment, strengthening employee relations, promoting diversity and inclusion, and managing compensation programs. <li>Develop and implement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.</li>
<li>Handle employee relations issues, facilitate open communication, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. </li>
<li>Own compensation programs and payroll management. </li>
<li>Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable practices, and provide guidance on compensation-related matters. </li>
<li>Support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.</li>

<li>Fluency in both English and Swedish. </li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently and efficiently.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.</li>
