 About the role: <ul><li>Work with the rest of the team in developing greenfield product features that get delivered to internal users as well as Customers.</li><li>Take ownership of the product feature and be responsible for its quality.</li><li>Write clean code with appropriate test coverage.</li><li>Review other people's code and ensure that it is up to company standards.</li><li>Design and develop features that are secure and scalable by design.</li><li>Display strong work ethics. Be a team player with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.</li><li>Keep calm and learn everyday.</li></ul>
 About you: <ul><li>Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role</li><li>Experience developing desktop and mobile applications</li><li>Familiarity with common stacks</li><li>Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS and NextJS)</li><li>Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java17+,)</li><li>Familiarity with databases (e.g. Postgres, MongoDB) and UI/UX design</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Great attention to detail</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>An analytical mind</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field</li></ul>
 Projects you may work on: <ul><li>Work on a strategic new (greenfield) platform to harmonise internal processes and systems for our people</li><li>Delivering a platform for the future Keywords to enable Customers to self-service their needs and view details of their engagement with Keywords on a web portal.</li></ul>
