The Operations Business Partner at High Voltage Software will play a crucial role in supporting the studio's success.  Responsibilities include streamlining AP, AR, payroll, and studio finance processes; assisting with project budgeting, tracking, and financial analysis; facilitating onboarding, communication, and event planning; maintaining confidentiality and compliance; and handling multiple tasks independently. The ideal candidate will possess a background in finance/accounting, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a dedication to fostering a positive work environment.  This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
