Embedded Engineer II needed with expertise in C++, RTOS, Linux, and embedded product development. Strong network programming skills and experience with Ethernet/Serial Bus are essential.  Must be able to debug embedded systems and solve complex issues.

 Embedded Engineer JD Job Expectations <ul><li> Expert Knowledge and Experience in C++, RTOS and Linux</li><li> Good Understanding of Embedded product development and application as well system integration.</li><li> Good Network Programming skills and troubleshoot Ethernet/Serial Bus related network issues</li><li> Ability to develop robust solution and detailed design from the requirements</li><li> Ability to debug Embedded System Issues and identify the Root cause and resolution at the system level and understanding interaction with other systems.</li><li> Ability to work independently and lead to drive the technical approach</li><li> Ability to Estimate the deliverables</li><li> Active participation and contribution in driving sub systems/systems integration; ability to co-ordinate with diverse set of team.</li><li> Active participation in Innovation activities and generate the ideation within the team</li><li> Act as Subject Matter Expert for Development Team and communicate with PO and SME on clarifications and requirements.</li><li> Provide engineering support to internal customers. </li></ul>
Skill Requirements <ul><li> Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronics &amp; Communication or Computer Science; Certification on Embedded Systems is an advantage</li><li> 3+ years of experience in embedded/Software product development with exposure to full lifecycle product development</li><li> Strong Analytical and problem solving skills</li><li> Knowledge of Profinet, Profibus, Fieldbus protocols is an advantage</li><li> Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision</li><li> System Level knowledge and experience in any of the Industrial Automation products (DCS, PLC, SCADA) is an advantage.</li><li> Hands-on experience in development of system requirements</li><li> Good technical knowledge of Embedded Architectures/platforms</li><li> Excellent communication skill</li><li> Knowledge of any Configuration Management System such as Clear Case, BitBucket, etc</li><li> Experience working in life cycle stages of Systems Life cycle &amp; AGILE exposure.</li><li> Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; both verbally </li></ul>
