IT Services team is spread across Chennai and Kochi. Hubbell Electrical Products LLP located in Chennai is poised to assist with part and product manufacturing for all Hubbell Business units Job Location Burndy Technology &amp; Global Business Services Pvt Ltd 8th Floor, Lulu Cyber Tower Infopark, Kochi, Kerala – 682042 Job Overview We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine and adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for sales order creation, expediting orders, order changes, resolutions &amp; other customer service activities A Day In The Life Excellent communication Good in MS Office SAP experience is good to have. What will help you thrive in this role? Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to) <ul><li>Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement</li><li>Support order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers </li><li>Work as order management associate for customer service flexible to support during night shift</li><li>Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs</li><li>Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and TAT</li><li>Ensure all quote requests from customers are acknowledged for the day </li></ul>
Internal training will be provided to the selected candidates. Post training the associate will be getting 1 analyst full time support for a month
