Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join our team and help us create fun, engaging, and addictive mobile games in the hybrid casual genre. You will work closely with the team to design, develop, and optimize game mechanics, user interfaces, and features that will delight our players. You will be responsible for leading the development of game systems and mechanics, mentoring junior developers, and driving the technical vision of the company. Responsibilities <ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Design and implement game mechanics and systems using Unity and C#.</li><li>Develop and optimize game features, user interfaces, and game logic.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to create engaging gameplay experiences.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.</li><li>Work with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality game releases.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game development.</li><li>Contribute to the technical vision of the company and help define its roadmap. </li></ul>Requirements <ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in game development with Unity.</li><li>Strong knowledge of C# programming language.</li><li>Experience with mobile game development and optimization.</li><li>Experience with game mechanics and systems design.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Passion for games and game development. </li></ul>Bonus Qualifications <ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience with 2D game development and animation.</li><li>Experience with game monetization and analytics.</li><li>Experience with server-side development and networked multiplayer games.</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies.</li></ul>If you are a passionate and experienced game developer who loves creating fun and engaging mobile games, we would love to hear from you.
