 Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of ICT360's solutions.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise and support during the sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.</li><li>Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements.</li><li>Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position ICT360's solutions.</li><li>Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align pre-sales activities with product capabilities and marketing strategies.</li><li>Training: Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.</li><li>Travel: Be open and available for regular travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain prompt and accurate daily reporting on the company CRM to track sales activities and client interactions.</li></ul>
 Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.</li><li>4-10 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in the EdTech industry.</li><li>Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.</li><li>Knowledge of the K12 education system and educational technology is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and industry events.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software for daily reporting and tracking sales activities.</li></ul>
