 Job Overview:We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Artist / Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually stunning motion graphics and videos that engage, inform, and inspire our audience. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create Motion Graphics: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for various multimedia platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.</li><li>Video Editing: Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.</li><li>Conceptualize Ideas: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video content and motion graphics that align with Lakshya's brand identity and educational goals.</li><li>Visual Storytelling: Utilize strong storytelling skills to create engaging and informative videos for promotional materials, educational content, and event coverage.</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Review and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final output meets the required quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing tools to create high-quality content.</li><li>Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and video editing.</li></ul>
<li> </li>Qualifications: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software.</li><li>Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>
