 <ul><li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline with minimum 8 years of industry experience.</li><li>8 -12 years of experience in design and development of building highly Responsive UIs with seamless Product experience.</li><li>Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns</li><li>Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies – ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modular CSS, Redux, webpack, babel, UI debugging skills, UI Design patterns, integrating with APIs, Figma or similar design tool for UI-Mocks.</li><li>Logging &amp; Monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana etc.</li><li>Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.</li><li>Ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li> </li><li> </li><li>Understanding of frontend security and performance.</li><li>Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members</li><li>Experience in deploying solutions on any of these cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)</li><li>Work exposure on Agile methodologies and DevOps would be added advantage</li><li>CI/CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins &amp; Azure DevOps</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – including facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control</li><li>Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.</li></ul>
