 Job Description You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Controls Monitoring. You have found the right team. As a Controls Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized hub for all Controls MIS and reporting. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Daily, weekly and monthly Controls reporting.</li><li>Creation of MIS and Governance material including analysis and cleansing.</li><li>Support the implementation of Control Framework.</li><li>Partner closely and effectively with teams across various locations to deliver high quality data.</li><li>Drive progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns.</li><li>Maintain high quality BAU output </li></ul>
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills <ul><li>Analytical with good problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to be able to manage and respond to stakeholder queries across the globe.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with teams across various locations.</li><li>Function effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and should be able to prioritize one's own work to achieve them.</li><li>Flexibility to work global hours. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. </li><li>Ability to multi-task, identify high priority deliverables and excellent execution style.</li><li>Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Process improvement experience. Operational excellence.</li><li>Ability to deliver high quality work within strict deadlines.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex information and extract required information. Effective time management.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. In specific, Intermediate Excel skills (example: should be able to use VLOOKUP, create pivots, charts, paste special) and PowerPoint skills (example: manage Hyperlinks, customize color schemes, create/import charts). </li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills <ul><li>Experience on Tableau, Alteryx and Other Intelligence tool.</li><li>Proficient in Excel VBA</li><li>Any Bachelor degree with 6 years of financial services work experience. Experience in Banking Risk &amp; Control domain will be an added advantage. </li></ul>
