To meet the current demands of our growth, we need someone who is hands-on and enthusiastic to take the company to the next level in HR.HR Manager (m/w/d)As the HR Manager at Keen Games, your long-term target is&nbsp;to be fully responsible for all HR-related matters within the company. Your immediate goal is to drive and help us in&nbsp;improving our&nbsp;recruitment process, implement formal performance and review processes as well as&nbsp;be in charge of employee benefits, Employer of Record (EOR) management, vacation tracking and similar tasks. Additionally, you will manage our hybrid office system, employee education programs, Q&amp;A sessions and much more. Your role will also involve initiating various projects to enhance company culture and ensuring compliance with German labor law. Again, the long-term goal is to be fully responsible for the whole HR department.Our Ideal Candidate:<ul>
