You will support the UA team by managing and optimizing acquisition campaigns, fostering creative marketing initiatives and ensuring our apps reach and exceed their growth targets.</b></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 16px">✨ Here is a snapshot of your responsibilities :</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• Collaborate closely with UA managers to oversee and optimize acquisition campaigns for a diverse portfolio of mobile apps with a focus on two apps : </span><a class="postings-link" style="font-size: 16px" href="https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/astroclub-astrologie-tarot/id1436937231">Astro Club</a><span style="font-size: 16px"> &amp; </span><a class="postings-link" style="font-size: 16px" href="https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/shorts-reel-short-drama/id6498894314">Shorts</a></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• Assist in the research and development of creative briefs, and oversee the execution of these campaigns to ensure they meet our strategic goals.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• Conduct daily and weekly monitoring of campaign KPIs, providing performance reporting to ensure all campaigns are aligned with our business objectives.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• Provide support on various UA managers' projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 16px">💫 Who you are?</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• You have 2 years experience in paid marketing and user acquisition</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• You have a very good knowledge of social networks, with a strong understanding of content formats and trends on major platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Any additional experience in Snapchat and Google Ads being advantageous.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• You have analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making; proficient in creating dynamic tables in Excel.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• You have a B2 English level, meaning you’re capable of effectively managing English campaigns and communicating with international teams.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">• You have a B2 French level.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">🏢 This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our French hubs (Bordeaux/Paris).
