Escalations Support Associate

Tide is seeking an Escalations Support Associate to join their team, handling complex customer cases and mitigating new complaints by de-escalating situations and providing tailored solutions. This role involves assisting the C-Level team within the Office of the CEO. Responsibilities include taking ownership of challenging cases escalated beyond management, collaborating with various departments to gather information, resolving customer issues efficiently via phone and other channels, prioritizing executive team escalations, identifying patterns in escalated cases to suggest product and member experience improvements, staying updated on Tide's product and process changes, providing candid feedback to management, and aiding in reporting and tracking product/service performance.

The team is composed of exceptional, highly skilled and motivated professionals, who have years of experience handling the toughest and most important escalations.&nbsp; <h3>ABOUT THE ROLE&nbsp;</h3> You will be dealing with complaints and will ultimately help mitigate new ones being filed by de-escalating and providing tailored solutions and peace of mind to our customers.
