The Junior Slot Mathematician will collaborate with game designers and developers to create and iterate on mathematical models for slot games.  Responsibilities include developing algorithms governing game mechanics (payout structures, volatility, RTP), performing mathematical analyses to ensure fairness and financial viability, utilizing statistical tools to enhance game mechanics, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate models into game development. The role requires a strong understanding of probability theory, statistics, and their applications to gaming, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities.  A passion for gaming and innovation is essential.  The position is remote and open to candidates currently pursuing education in a relevant field.
