Growth Manager

The Growth Manager is responsible for driving wishlist growth (pre-launch) and revenue (post-launch) across multiple game titles.  This involves optimizing marketing funnels, running campaigns, and continuously experimenting to maximize organic and paid growth. Responsibilities include optimizing store pages, ensuring messaging aligns with products, collaborating with external agencies, building and monitoring performance dashboards, analyzing data, and writing up experiment/campaign outcomes.  Additionally, the role includes increasing inbound inquiries from developers seeking a publisher, building an online presence, and running campaigns to attract submissions.

<div class="prose prose-sm prose-alpha"><p><strong>WHO ARE MYTHWRIGHT?</strong></p><p>We are a new games publisher, established by industry veterans with a long track record of success in this space. At present, we are focused primarily on Steam, aiming to build a portfolio of games in niche markets with committed fan-bases. In this role, it’s your job to own growth marketing activities across multiple titles using your experience to drive creative and impactful traffic to each.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>You are responsible for growing the wishlists (pre-launch) and revenue (post-launch) of our games through optimization and experimentation.</p><p><strong><em>Wishlist Growth</em></strong></p><p>Optimising every stage of the funnel to drive both organic growth, and high-ROI in-organic growth; you will be:</p><ul><li><p>Running campaigns to drive wishlists</p></li><li><p>Optimising store pages for conversion</p></li><li><p>Ensuring our messaging / communications match our products (for review scores)</p></li><li><p>Continuously experimenting with new creative, techniques, platforms and services</p></li><li><p>Working with external agencies to produce high-quality assets (trailers, key art, etc) to support your work</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>Data &amp; Dashboards</em></strong></p><p>You are responsible for monitoring the data and performance of our games, and will:</p><ul><li><p>Build product dashboards that are updated weekly</p></li><li><p>Provide monitoring and analysis on organic and in-organic growth</p></li><li><p>Write-up outcomes / ROI for each experiment and campaign</p></li><li><p>Work closely with our developers to ensure our campaigns align with their product vision.</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>Inbound Enquiries</em></strong></p><p>You will increase the number of high-quality inbound enquiries we receive from developers looking for a publisher; as well as:</p><ul><li><p>Build &amp; maintain a high-quality online presence</p></li><li><p>Run campaigns &amp; experiments to attract submissions from new developers.</p></li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone inventive and entrepreneurial who is deep into data and details.
