Build Amazing - Deliver Amazing - Live Amazing - Be Amazing Simplify 360 (a Nextiva Group company) is currently seeking bright and talented individuals for a Staff Android Mobile Engineer position to join our expanding development team. As a Staff Android Mobile Engineer, you will lead the technical strategy, development, and launch of our new mobile application. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that exceeds user expectations. Your expertise in mobile application development, coupled with a passion for creating scalable, high-quality solutions, will drive the success of this pivotal project. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Deliver testable and maintainable code</li><li>Build Native mobile applications</li><li>Use the latest technology and techniques to build distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant software systems that power our business communication offerings</li><li>Take a customer-focused approach in working with our product team to prioritize and deliver new features</li><li>Advocate for and implement best practices in mobile development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, continuous integration (CI), and test-driven development (TDD)</li><li>Ensure the application's scalability, security, and maintainability, anticipating future growth and technological advancements</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, incorporating innovative features and capabilities into our product </li></ul>
 Qualifications: <ul><li>6+ years of experience in mobile application development</li><li>Expertise in development ecosystem for Android</li><li>Development and maintenance of mobile applications using Kotlin/Java Native development background</li><li>Implement complex features and functionalities, ensuring code quality and maintainability (Example: - MVVM, MVC, etc)</li><li>Strong knowledge in Android native code implementation for specific use cases</li><li>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and backend integration</li><li>Implement best practices for mobile app development, including performance optimization, security, and user experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions</li><li>Key Responsibilities:</li> <ul><li>Deliver testable and maintainable code </li><li>Build Native mobile applications </li><li>Use the latest technology and techniques to build distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant software systems that power our business communication offerings </li><li>Take a customer-focused approach in working with our product team to prioritize and deliver new features </li><li>Advocate for and implement best practices in mobile development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, continuous integration (CI), and test-driven development (TDD). </li><li>Ensure the application's scalability, security, and maintainability, anticipating future growth and technological advancements. </li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, incorporating innovative features and capabilities into our product. </li></ul>

Language Specific Qualifications For Android <ul><li>Firebase </li><li>Gradle </li><li>Java/Kotlin </li><li>RXJava </li><li>Room </li><li>Retrofit and Dagger </li></ul>
Preferred Experience: <ul><li>WebRTC, Voice/SIP and communications stack. </li><li>Thrive in environments of ambiguity, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to tackling challenges and driving projects to completion. </li><li>Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating mobile apps with cloud-based systems and APIs. </li><li>Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and customer-centric development. </li></ul>
